The Timbers of Shorewood, an award-winning senior living community known for its exceptional employee retention, proudly announces the 20-year work anniversary of Diane Pfoser. As the community’s Transportation Coordinator, Pfoser has been an integral part of the activities department.
Primarily known as the friendly face behind the wheel, Pfoser’s main role is driving the community’s bus and van, ensuring residents can get to their appointments and outings safely. When she’s not on a route, she can be found in the Activities office, contributing to the vibrant life of the community.

Pfoser’s long-standing career is a testament to The Timbers’ strong culture of employee loyalty. The community has a remarkable history of staff retention, which is largely attributed to the support and involvement of local ownership. The front office staff alone boasts more than 85 years of combined experience, with many long-term employees and leaders providing unmatched stability and support for residents.
The Timbers of Shorewood Senior Living is a rental retirement community that provides senior independent living and assisted living apartments and a full schedule of activities and services.
